Colormanagement for the professional

Every monitor presents a different visual color result. The set RGB values, the luminance, the surface gloss, the colorimetric accuracy and the actual color space (gamut) of the monitor play a decisive role.

Only with calibrated professional monitors (according to ISO 12646) in combination with the corresponding simulation profiles can you rely on the original on the screen. With normal desktop monitors, there will always be deviations from the print.

If you submit a PDF with RGB images, we will perform an automatic conversion to CMYK color space (ISO coated V2 300%).

This profile is used for coated and uncoated papers. Benefit: The ISO coated V2 profile can reproduce a larger color space on uncoated papers than the ISO uncoated profile.

After downloading the profile folder, the files must be placed in the correct location so that they are recognized by the application.

Important: Only copy the contents (the files) from the folders and distribute them to the specified paths.
